Free Safety Check
The Saint Paul Fire Department invites homeowners to take part in a new program called Project Safe Haven. Those interested will receive a self-conducted safety checklist and a short form to fill out when completed. When finished, SPFD and firefighters will make a courtesy visit to your home to make sure your smoke alarms work and your home is safe. If needed, they will install a free smoke alarm and/or a digital carbon monoxide detector and present you with a certificate and complimentary gift as a thank you.
